Cous Cous Pizza Base

For a cous cous pizza base you will need first to preheat oven to 180

Cous Cous - (depending on size of base you want) between half a cup to a cup measure dried
add hot water leave to soak.

When the cous cous is ready season with salt, pepper and herbs and add 1 to 2 eggs (depending on the cous cous amount),
mix together and press out into a tin/pie dish lined with baking parchment.

Cook in a preheated oven 180 for between 20 to 25 min

When the base is baked, top with your favourite tomato sauce and toppings put back in the oven
for between 15 and 20 mins.
